1. About these terms

These terms apply to pixtavia.com ("Pixtavia", "we", "us"), operated by Pullaiah Suryadevara, Darmstädter Landstraße 184, 60598 Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Full details are in the Impressum. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Age

Pixtavia is only for people aged 18 or over. By confirming your age you tell us that you are at least 18. We may block access if we believe a user is under 18.

3. Practice points

Games are played with practice points that exist only in your browser. Points have no cash value and are not your property. They cannot be bought, sold, exchanged, transferred, withdrawn or redeemed for money, goods, services or anything else. We may change how points work, and points may be lost if your browser storage is cleared.

4. No real money and no purchases

Pixtavia is for entertainment only. It does not offer real money play or gambling, offers no prizes of monetary value, and has no in-app purchases. Playing or success in these games does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

5. Fair use

Please do not interfere with the site, try to reach parts of it not meant for the public, overload it with automated requests, or use the contact form to send unlawful, abusive or unsolicited material.

6. Our content

The games, names, artwork, text and code on Pixtavia belong to us or are used with permission. You may use the site for your own private enjoyment; any other use needs our written permission.

7. Availability

We provide the site as it is, free of charge, and may change, pause or withdraw any part of it. We aim to keep it working well but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Otherwise, because the site is free and has no monetary element, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use.

9. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes go to the courts of England and Wales, although if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring a claim in your local courts.
