About Midnight 21
Midnight 21 is classic twenty-one against the dealer, dealt from a six-deck shoe that is reshuffled when three quarters have been used. Get closer to 21 than the dealer without going over.
The dealer draws to 16 and stands on every 17. A two-card 21 returns three to two. You may double on any first two cards, and split a pair once into two hands. There are no side games and no insurance.
The table shows the cards left in the shoe so you always know where you are in it. Decisions matter here too: the guide on reading a pay table includes a short note on basic play.
